Fine print

Page states prices are AUD ex tax and that the subscription starts at $309 per month with a 3-user minimum; the page does not explain how $309 is derived from the two user rates. SMS, AI credits and map usage are billed monthly in arrears. The first 12 months are locked in and paid monthly; cancelling early means paying out the remaining term. Self-serve onboarding is free; paid onboarding packages run from $3,750 (Scheduler, 15 hours) to $7,750 (Scheduler plus Asset plus Project, 31 hours). The Xero App Store listing shows different numbers (AUD 65 per month base for an Advanced plan plus $60 per user per month plus $0.14 per SMS part) that do not match the website.
