Which Tradie App lists the software Australian trade businesses run on, with the price as it appears on the vendor's own pricing page and the date it was read. 11 apps are listed. The last check was 28 Oct 2026.
Who runs it
Johnni AI Pty Ltd, a Queensland company that also makes the Johnni AI phone receptionist for trade businesses. Johnni is not a job management app and is not listed here. The site exists because the person who built Johnni spent a lot of time explaining to tradies what ServiceM8, Tradify and simPRO cost and which one connects to what, and no page on the internet answered it plainly.
Where the facts come from
- Prices, plan names and limits are read from each vendor's pricing page. Every app page links to it.
- Integration and support claims come from the vendor's own site or its Xero App Store listing.
- Ratings are quoted from the review site named next to them.
- Anything we could not confirm is marked "Not stated" or listed under "Not yet confirmed" on the app page. We do not fill gaps with guesses.
How often
A script re-reads every vendor pricing page regularly and flags differences. A person checks each flagged change before it is published, and every published change appears on the what changed page with its source.
Sponsorship
Vendors can pay for a labelled "Sponsored" placement at the top of a category page or in the weekly email. Sponsorship never changes a price, a rating, a verdict or the order of an unsponsored list. See the sponsor page.
Corrections
If a price or claim is wrong, email hello@whichtradieapp.com.au with the vendor page that shows the correct figure and it will be fixed and logged.

Price alerts for the app you are on, or the Monday round-up of every app: price changes, dropped plans, new fees, promos, and what tradies said about them that week. Each item links to its source. No vendor writes it.
