Fine print
AU page shows $ only with no currency code; AUD assumed from the /au/ page. Terms of Service clause 4.2 says fees are exclusive of all taxes and clause 4.3 says fees are charged per user with a plan type base; the help centre also says you pay per user, per month. A banner reads Limited Offer: Get 90% off til December, so the page shows $5.30 and $7.70 beside the standard prices. Add-ons on both plans: Certificates $30 for 1-9 staff or $80 for 10+ staff; SMS $15 for 100 texts; card payments 1.95% + $0.30 per transaction; contractor users $4 per user per day; setup and training from $0. Monthly billing, no lock-in; FAQ on the global page says no yearly pricing. The global page names the lower plan Basic and shows $75 for Professional.
